Shipping

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class or Tracked 24hr service and dispatched within 3 working days unless otherwise stated All items will be carefully boxed, wrapped & packaged to ensure they arrive safely. International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked delivery service.

Refunds & Exchanges

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we cannot refund earrings.

There are certain situations where only partial/no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, send us an email at pembrokeshirebeachtree@hotmail.com and send your item to: Pembrokeshire Beach Tree, 7 George Street, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, SA73 2A&

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Pembrokeshire Beach Tree, 7 George Street, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, SA73 2AY

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Payment

We use Stripe for our online payment system, via debit or credit card or Paypal. At markets, craft fairs & events we use I-Zettle, which deposits payments directly into our bank account within 2/3 days.

Privacy Policy

We collect & process personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics ie name, contact details. Most of the info is provided to us directly from you, to purchase items, sign up to newsletter etc.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is a) your consent. You are able to remove your consent at anytime by contacting us at pembrokeshirebeachtree@hotmail.com and b) we have a contractual obligation.

Your personal information is stored on our website database. There is only one database holding personal information. We keep your information until our website is shut down. It will not be stored elsewhere.

Data Protection

Under data protection law you have rights, including your right of access, you have the right to ask us for copies of your personal data. Your right to rectification - you have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You have the right to erasure - you have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances. Your right to restriction of processing - you have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal info in certain circumstances. Your right to data portability - you have the right to ask that we transfer the personal info you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances. You are not required to pay any charge for exercising hour rights. If you make a request we have one month to respond.
